A Kraków evening full of homely flavours, good music and a shared table
After the first, flavour-packed and highly energetic Feast at Kuryer's, we invite you to a second edition of this special evening around a shared table.
On 18 September, we'll once again step into a world where food tastes like home cooking, the table brings people together, and the evening is best spent in good company. Expect it to be homely, generous and free of unnecessary ceremony - just like a real feast should be.
What's on the table?
We'll start with the classics that set the feasting mood right away.
Cold dishes will feature country bread with lard, the traditional "sznita z tłustym," a board of homemade cold cuts served with beetroot relish and horseradish, and a set of homemade sides: pickled cucumbers, half-sour cucumbers and marinated mushrooms.
Next, warm and hearty treats will hit the table: pan-fried pierogi with baked potato and onion drippings, baked potatoes stuffed with curd cheese, bacon and chives, and moskol flatbread with garlic butter.
For the main course, we're preparing a true feasting spread: roasted pork shoulder, braised cabbage, kartacze (potato dumplings) with meat and drippings, and campfire-style potatoes with rosemary.
For a sweet finish, a platter of homemade cakes awaits: cheesecake, apple pie, and yeast kołacz with cheese filling and crumble topping.
A feast is more than just dinner
It's an evening where the table becomes a meeting place. It's conversation, laughter, second helpings, shared feasting, and flavours that bring back memories of home cooking.
Take your time. Sit with us at the table, try a bit of everything, and let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere of a Polish feast.

Kuryer Restaurant
Come with friends, family, or simply with an appetite.
The second Feast at Kuryer's is waiting. It'll be homely, generous and truly delicious!
To start things off right
We begin just like at the first edition — with the classics:
Our "sznita z tłustym" makes an appearance — country bread with lard, a board of homemade cold cuts served with beetroot relish, and pickled cucumbers.
Simplicity is the key here. It brings back flavours many of us still remember from our grandparents' tables.
As the feast picks up pace…
The hot platters roll in.
Pan-fried pierogi with baked potato, generously seasoned with onion drippings. Alongside them, baked potatoes stuffed with curd cheese, bacon and chives, and warm moskol flatbread with garlic butter.
This is the moment of the evening when platters start circling among guests, conversations get louder, and the question "who wants the last pierogi?" tends to remain purely rhetorical.
And then — the real thing!
A true feast needs its culinary finale.
Roasted pork shoulder, aromatic braised cabbage, kartacze with meat, and campfire-style potatoes with rosemary all land on the shared table.
Here, only one rule applies: pass it on.
And something sweet…
Because even after the biggest feast, there's always room for a slice of homemade cake.
A board of homemade bakes takes centre stage: cheesecake, apple pie, and yeast kołacz with cheese filling and crumble topping.
To be shared — though when it comes to the last slice of cheesecake, we make no promises everyone will be willing to.
A Feast at Kuryer's
