Goose for St. Martin's Day at Kuryer
11–15th November 2026
In Polish tradition, November has a special flavor - the taste of roast goose, seasonal ingredients, and gatherings around the table. To celebrate St. Martin’s Day, we invite you to Kuryer Restaurant for a unique celebration of Polish culinary tradition, where classic inspirations meet our Head Chef’s original interpretations.
During November 11–15, 2026, we’ve prepared a special menu featuring goose as the star of the show. An aromatic essence from roasted goose, tender goose breast with Port wine sauce, distinctive side dishes, and unexpected flavor combinations come together to create a dining experience for everyone who appreciates seasonal cuisine and culinary discoveries.

A special MENU
Our menu begins with goose liver pâté with gooseberries, black cumin croutons, and flaxseed oil.
For the main course, we offer a roasted goose essence served with dumplings filled with pulled goose thigh and apple foam, or goose breast with parsnips, yuzu-marinated plums, and a Port wine sauce.
The meal is rounded out with a dessert combining chocolate mousse, pumpkin, salt, goose lard, and orange ice cream.
